Zubi Valves high quality knife gate valves are the perfect solution for the most demanding applications.
The square round Wafer knife gate is a heavy duty valve design for handling difficult applications. This valve is suitable for use in recycling applications, like rubbish or sand traps of pulpers, high consistency cleaners… or as silo outlet with solid material.
Applications: Pulp and Paper, Power generation, Water and Waste Water, Powder and Bulk Handling, Mining, Chemical, Food and Beverage.
Main Features
- The two piece body with round inlet and square outlet (larger than the inlet) assures non-jamming.
- Cast two-part bolted body, internally machined and with reinforcing ribs in larger diameters for extra body strength.
- The internal replaceable gate guides allow for smoother gate traveling.
- Oversized knife polished on both sides.
- Long-life packing with several impregnated Synt+PTFE strips.
- Suitable to work with the most severe applications.
