The Actreg Pneumatic Rotary Actuator, available in ADA (Double Acting) and ASR (Spring Return) types, features a robust rack and pinion design with a 90º ± 5º rotation angle, adjustable via external travel stops. It is engineered for durability with antifriction sliding bearings, ensuring long life without maintenance. The actuator operates efficiently across a wide temperature range, from -30 ºC to 100 ºC in standard construction, with options for extreme temperatures using specialized O-rings. It supports a maximum working pressure of 8 bar (120 psig) and offers total safety for spring replacement. The actuator is compatible with solenoid valves and devices per NAMUR standards and allows coupling according to ISO 5211 and DIN 3337. A position indicator is included for operating mechanical limit switches or proximity detectors. Optional features include fast acting, stroke limiters, epoxy or nickel-plated coatings, and a locking device. The actuator ensures full traceability of critical components and includes an anti-blow-up stem for enhanced safety.
