Zubi - Knife Gate Valve - T300 - THROUGH CONDUIT
Zubi Valves high quality knife gate valves are the perfect solution for the most demanding applications.
The model 300 is a bidirectional wafer type self cleaning knife gate valve with a central round shaped through going “o” ported knife. This design secures a really safe and total shut-off against static and highly concentrated pulps.
Applications: Pulp and Paper, Power generation, Water and Waste Water, Powder and Bulk Handling, Mining, Chemical, Food and Beverage.
Main Features
- Wafer style casted two part internally machined bolted body (Stainless Steel version includes internal polyethylene sliders as standard).
- Full port design, with great flow capacity and minimal pressure drop.
- Polished stainless steel gate in both sides and with rounded edges to ensure life of seat/packing elements.
- Ideal for high concentrated pulp stock, slurry, liquor and granulates.
