The Ball Valve with Heating Jacket - FY2 by ADLER is a versatile valve designed for applications requiring temperature control. Constructed from either carbon steel or stainless steel, this valve is available with flanged, threaded, or welding ends. It is based on the FB2 ball valve type and features a heating jacket capable of withstanding a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The valve is equipped with an anti blow-out proof stem, an antistatic device, and a top flange compliant with ISO 5211 standards. It is constructed and marked according to BS 5351 standards, with carbon steel variants painted with an epoxy-polyamide coating. Each valve undergoes rigorous testing, being 100% air tested under water at 100 psi. Optional accessories include PTFE or glass-reinforced PTFE half shells, various PTFE seat fillings, stem extensions, and a range of actuators and positioners for enhanced functionality.
