The Ball Valve with Heating Jacket - FX1 by ADLER is a versatile and robust valve designed for industrial applications. Constructed from either carbon steel or stainless steel, this valve is available with flanged, threaded, or welding ends. The FX1 model is derived from the FA1 ball valve type and is engineered to meet BS 5351 standards. It features an anti blow-out proof stem, an antistatic device, and a top flange compliant with ISO 5211. The heating jacket can withstand a maximum pressure of 10 bar, and all valves undergo rigorous testing, being 100% air tested under water at 100 psi. Carbon steel variants are coated with an epoxy-polyamide layer for enhanced durability. Optional accessories include PTFE or glass-reinforced PTFE half shells, various PTFE seat fillings, stem extensions, and a range of actuators and positioners for customized control solutions.
