The Ball Valve with Heating Jacket - FJ2 by ADLER is a versatile and robust valve designed for industrial applications. It is available in carbon steel or stainless steel, with options for flanged, threaded, or welding ends. Derived from the FM2 ball valve type, the FJ2 model features a heating jacket capable of withstanding a maximum pressure of 10 bar. It includes an anti blow-out proof stem and complies with BS 5351 construction and marking standards. Carbon steel variants are coated with an epoxy-polyamide primer in RAL 5012 color. The valve is equipped with an antistatic device and a top flange conforming to ISO 5211 standards. Each valve undergoes rigorous testing, being 100% air tested under water at 100 psi. Optional accessories include PTFE or glass-reinforced PTFE half shells, PTFE seats with various fillings, stem extensions, and various actuators and positioners for enhanced functionality.
