Cla-Val couplers are designed to provide safe and accurate connection during aircraft refueling.

The Cla-Val 353GF Pressure Coupler, qualified to EI 1584 3rd Edition, also meets the requirements of EI1584 4th Edition according to the foreward published by the EI in the latest edition of EI 1584. This coupler can be used where EI 1584 4th Edition couplers are required. All documentation can be provided upon request.

The pressure control coupler connects to a hydrant pit valve or hydrant pit adapter to allow pressurized fuel to flow from an underground pipeline and into the receiving aircraft. It incorporates a Deadman operated, direct-acting pressure regulator that protects the receiving aircraft from excess pressure and from damage caused by surges.
