The Gate valve - SHIGATE by TTV Valves is a robust and versatile valve designed for a wide range of applications. It is available in sizes DN50 to DN300 and is compatible with various flange standards, including PN10/16 and ANSI150 Lbs. The valve features a durable construction with a body, cover, and disc made from GJS400-15 nodular cast iron, ensuring a longer lifespan and high performance. It offers complete tightness with a self-sealing mechanism, achieving Class VI - ISO 5208 (Rate A) tightness. The valve is coated with a 250-micron thick epoxy layer for enhanced protection and can withstand working pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 120 ºC. It is easy to maintain on-site and operates with a steering wheel control. The SHIGATE valve complies with various standards, including PED 2014/68, ATEX 2014/34/EU, SIL IFC 61508, and TA-LUFT VD 2440 ISO 15848, and has WRAS approval. It is suitable for applications involving sweet water, seawater, hot water, sewage water, air, compressed air, refrigeration, ozone, metallurgy, and power plants.
