The Ball Valve 4 Way - VT5 by ADLER is a versatile 90° wafer-type ball valve designed for various industrial applications. It is manufactured from round bar in compliance with ASME B16.34 and ISO 14313 standards. Available in sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 150, the valve is offered in carbon steel, stainless steel, and special steel, with a pressure rating of PN 10 to 40, and ANSI 150 upon request. Featuring an "X" bore type ball and a chevron ring on the stem, the valve ensures reliable performance. Optional features include an o-ring on the stem, fire-safe execution, compliance with PED and ATEX directives, degreasing for oxygen service, and certifications for safety system S.I.L. 3 and fugitive emission class "A" ISO 15848. Standard features include an anti blow-out proof stem, construction and marking per BS 5351, and an antistatic device. The valve is 100% air tested under water at 100 psi. Additional accessories available on demand include PTFE seats, cryogenic valves, stem extension, various handle options, pneumatic and electric actuators, manual gear box, and electric-pneumatic limit switches/solenoid valves.
