The Butterfly Valve - DOUBLE FLANGED by TTV Valves is a versatile and robust solution designed for a wide range of applications. It is available in sizes ranging from DN32 to DN2000 and is compatible with various flange standards, including EN 558 Series 13, ISO 5752 Series 13, API 609, and EN 593. The valve is suitable for installation between PN10/16 and ANSI150 Lbs flanges and features an ISO 5211 upper flange connection. It is rigorously tested to ISO 5208 standards, ensuring zero leakage as per API 598. The valve is coated with Rilsan® for enhanced durability and can handle a working pressure of up to 20 bar for sizes DN32 to DN600, and up to 16 bar for sizes above DN600. Key properties include a vulcanised seat, single-piece shaft, bidirectional flow, and a self-cleaning design. It is lightweight, easy to install and maintain, and can be operated using various control mechanisms such as lever, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators. The aerodynamically designed disc minimizes pressure loss, and the valve operates with low torque.
