The 3 Way Ball Valve - FZ6 by ADLER is a versatile and robust valve designed for various industrial applications. This wafer-type valve features a full bore design compliant with ISO 14313 and is manufactured from round bar materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and special steel. It is available in sizes ranging from DN ¼” to 2” and DN 15 to DN 150, with pressure ratings of PN 10 to 63 and ANSI 150. The valve offers both "L" and "T" bore ball types and includes a chevron ring on the stem for enhanced sealing. Key features include anti blow-out proof stem, antistatic device, and top flange ISO 5211. It is constructed and marked according to BS 5351 standards, with carbon steel variants painted with an epoxy-polyamide coating. The valve is 100% air tested under water at 100 psi to ensure reliability. Optional features include fire-safe execution, compliance with various directives (PED, TPED, ATEX), degreasing for oxygen service, and certification for safety systems (S.I.L. 3) and fugitive emissions (ISO 15848). Accessories such as PTFE seats, cryogenic adaptations, stem extensions, and various actuation options (pneumatic, electric, manual) are available upon request.
