The 3 Way Ball Valve - FU4 by ADLER is a versatile, full bore, wafer-type valve designed for efficient fluid control. It is manufactured from either round bar or casted materials, adhering to standards such as EN 12516.2, ASME B16.34, and ISO 14313. Available in sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 200, it is offered in carbon steel, stainless steel, and special steel. The valve is rated for PN 10÷40 / ANSI 150, with options for ANSI 300/600 upon request. Key features include a chevron ring on the stem, anti blow-out proof stem, and an antistatic device. It is compliant with various directives and certifications, including fire-safe execution, PED, TPED, ATEX, and SIL 3 safety systems. The valve is also certified for fugitive emission in class “A” ISO 15848 and can be degreased for oxygen service. Standard production includes construction and marking per BS 5351, with carbon steel valves painted with an epoxy-polyamide coating. Optional accessories include PTFE seats, cryogenic valves, stem extensions, various actuators, and limit switches.
