The Ball Valve with nipples - FR3 | ADLER is a high-quality valve designed for durability and reliability. It features an anti blow-out proof stem and adheres to the BS 5351 construction and marking standards. Made from carbon steel, the valve is coated with a first layer of epoxy-polyamide in RAL 5012, providing a 35-micron thick protective finish. It includes an antistatic device and a top flange compliant with ISO 5211 standards. Each valve undergoes rigorous testing, being 100% air tested under water at 100 psi to ensure performance. For customization, a range of accessories is available on demand, including PTFE and glass-reinforced PTFE half shells, PTFE seats with various fillings (glass, carbon, stainless steel, bronze) and metal cores, stem extensions, cryogenic extensions, and oval handles. Additionally, the valve can be equipped with pneumatic actuators (double or single acting), electric actuators, manual gearboxes, and pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioners to suit specific operational needs.
