The Ball Valve with Nipples - FR2 by ADLER is a high-performance, two-piece full bore valve crafted from round steel bar, adhering to multiple international standards including EN 12516-2, ISO 14313, and ASME B16.34. It features welded type nipples with a standard length of 100mm and is available in sizes ranging from DN ¼” to DN 3” in carbon, stainless, and special steels. The valve is rated for PN 40 to 210 / Class 800 to 3000, ensuring robust performance under high pressure. It includes double seals on the body/end junction and a chevron ring on the stem for enhanced sealing. Optional features include fire-safe execution, compliance with PED and ATEX directives, and certifications for safety and fugitive emissions. Standard features include an anti blow-out proof stem, antistatic device, and top flange ISO 5211. The valve is 100% air tested under water at 100 psi. Additional accessories such as PTFE seats, stem extensions, and various actuators are available upon request.

Threaded ball valve 2 piece full bore, manufactured from round steel bar, construction in according to EN 12516-2; ISO 14313; ANSI B1.1; DIN 3202 M3; ASME B16.34 BE/SW.

With welded type nipples length 100mm (standards).
