The Ball Valve Threaded - FS2 by ADLER is a high-performance, two-piece full bore valve designed for robust industrial applications. Constructed from round steel bar, it adheres to multiple international standards including EN 12516-2, ISO 14313, and ASME B16.34. Available in sizes ranging from DN ¼” to DN 3”, the valve is offered in carbon steel with a standard galvanized treatment, as well as in stainless and special steels. It features a pressure rating of PN 40 to 210 / Class 800 to 3000 and includes double seals at the body/end junction for enhanced reliability. Threading options include ISO 7RP (GAS) and ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), with a chevron ring on the stem for added security. Optional features include an o-ring on the stem, fire-safe execution, compliance with PED and ATEX directives, and certifications for oxygen service, S.I.L. 3 safety systems, and fugitive emission class “A” ISO 15848. Standard features include an anti blow-out proof stem, antistatic device, and 100% air testing under water at 100 psi. Additional accessories available on demand include PTFE seats with various fillings, special alloys, stem and cryogenic extensions, and various actuation options such as pneumatic actuators and electric motors.
