The Ball Valve Class 150/300 - 315/330/415/430 by ICP Valves is a robust and versatile two-piece valve designed for demanding applications. Available in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 8", these full bore valves feature flanges rated for class 150 and class 300. Constructed with a body of Stainless Steel (A351 Gr. CF8M) or Carbon Steel (A216 Gr. WCB), they incorporate an AISI-316 ball and Modified PTFE seats for enhanced durability and performance. Key features include an antistatic device and a locking mechanism for secure operation. The valve is designed with an ISO 5211 connection, allowing for easy mounting of pneumatic or electrical actuators, and the stem complies with EN 15081 standards. All components in contact with fluid, as well as bolts and nuts, meet NACE MR01.75 specifications. The valve's face-to-face dimensions adhere to the ASME B16.10 Long Pattern standard. Certified for CE, ATEX, FIRE SAFE (ISO 10497:2004), and FUGITIVE EMISSION (ISO 15848-1:2006), these valves ensure safety and reliability in various industrial settings.
