The Ball Valve 4 Way - RT7 by ADLER is a versatile 90° wafer-type valve, crafted from round bar and compliant with standards such as DIN 3230 M3, ASME B16.34, and ISO 14313. It is available in sizes ranging from DN ¼” to 2” and can be made from carbon steel or stainless steel, with a pressure rating of PN 25 to 63. The valve features an "X" port ball type and a chevron ring on the stem, with threading options including ISO 7RP (GAS) and ASME B1.20.1 (NPT). Optional features include an o-ring on the stem, fire-safe execution per ISO 10497 API 607 and BS6755 API 607/6FA, compliance with PED 14/68/UE and ATEX 14/34/UE directives, degreasing for oxygen service, and certifications for safety system S.I.L. 3 and fugitive emission class “A” ISO 15848. Standard features include an anti blow-out proof stem, construction and marking per BS 5351, and an antistatic device per BS 5146 / 74. The valves are 100% air tested under water at 100 psi and come with a top flange ISO 5211. On-demand accessories include PTFE seats with various fillings, cryogenic valves, stem extensions, oval handles, pneumatic actuators, electric motors, manual gearboxes, and electric-pneumatic limit switches/solenoid valves. Carbon steel valves are painted with an epoxy-polyamide coating in RAL 5012.
