Alfa Gears offers a heavy-duty range of manual quarter-turn Gearboxes for Butterfly – Ball Valves and Dampers. The torque range is up to 32.000Nm and larger sizes on request. These ALFA gearboxes are conform to IP68 or IP67 enclosure standard. They have high efficiency planetary reduction gears, ductile iron enclosure, ductile iron worm gear, heat treated ground worm, stainless steel shaft. The bushings are oil impregnated copper nickel steel alloy and Silicone rubber seals, AF 120 gasket, stainless steel hardware, minimum input torque, rugged construction, removable output drive sleeves as an option and epoxy polyurethane coating as its features. Optional facilities such as specials input shaft, aluminum bronze worm gear, limit switches, padlock flanges, high and low temperatures options, Insert coupling system, and special paint (C3/C4/C5M).
